First, apply through website. Include CV and credentials. Then you will be given a link to next step via email. Through this, you will have to answer psychological questions and 3 Questions about self experience. They must be answered by recording videos that has a limit of 3 minutes for each question.

It was a Hirevue screening with 3 questions. You have unlimited time/chances to prepare and retake. The questions were straightforward and the whole process was smooth. I am waiting to get feedback on my submission.
