Shell Graduate Program interview questions

First stage involved filling some questions online. There was subsequently a one hour phone interview. Then on-site group interview and computer office simulation questions. Finally a technical presentation of project you've done and an hour questioning based on this.

First round involved online assessments and an on-demand interview via Hirevue. The online assessment involved tests on numerical skills, verbal reasoning and abstract reasoning. There was very limited time and you really need to be focused. Wasn't able to finish the questions in time. There was also a 'working styles' assessment. The video interview had 5 questions in total and you only have 30 seconds to prepare before the webcam starts recording automatically. You only have 1 try. Didn't make it to the next stage.
