Shell Graduate Program interview questions

Very fast process for me. I applied and was immediately contacted by a recruiter to finish a HireVue interview. Two days after I submitted the interview I was contacted to advance to the final stages of the interview process. The final assessment is a case study interview along with some behavioral questions. The case study was pretty difficult mostly because I hadn't done an interview like this before. You have to really know the case and be quick in thinking of responses to the interviewer's questions. I was contacted within 4 days after that with a job offer.

Very fast and efficient interview process. Multiple phases, starting with IQ games and then recorded interview on Hirevue. If you were to pass both of those, you would be up for another interview, where you are required to present a case study, with the case being given to you in advance by Shell employees.
