Stage 1 of the interview process - did a set of games online - games can be found on YouTube. Mostly memory / visual-related games. I found the one which requires you to remember shapes quite challenging.

1) Personality-type assessment 2) Case Study Interview (that started with behavioral interview questions before jumping into the case study) The entire process took 2-4 weeks. Fantastic experience overall - excellent interviewers!
