The interview process is the same as most other large companies. initial on-line application, situational tests, numerical reasoning tests, interview and finally an assessment centre. \Very rigorous application process but this is to allow them to get the greatest understanding of who you are and how you work within a team and by yourself.

Has a phone interview which was basic behavioral based questions. Then had an online test Then was invited to Calgary for 2 days. First day was just learning about company and a dinner with some engineers who had gone through the process. The Second day was packed with tests, behavioral based questions, case study, a group interview, and reflection based interview.
