Interview
Applied online, was contacted by phone for an in person interview on campus. Had interview with an engineer who had graduated from my university. Interview involved 3 main parts, with various follow up questions. Started with a general "tell me about yourself" and proceeded with questions regarding goal setting and team work.

Interview
Did the standard personality and problem solving tests. Finished the problem solving test on a Friday, then got an email Tuesday asking if I was interested in the position. Got a call Thursday telling me my interview was the next day. Did my 90 minute phone interview on Friday. Got an email Monday morning telling me they were looking over my application. Got a call that afternoon telling me I got the job. Got my contract emailed to me Thursday. Signed my contract on Friday. Total process from submitting my application to signing my contract, 2 weeks.

Interview
Applied for the position online through their website. Later received two assessments that had to be completed online. In first, you're given different industry scenarios and you have to come up with a response. Second assessment is more analytical based. Later, got a call the next day for an interview on campus.
