Shell Credit Analyst interview questions

There was an initial five minute call around one month after my application. Then a 45 minute Skype interview with a team manager, senior credit analyst and HR consultant who was just listening. The interview was okay. A lot of situational questions like what did you do when you were frustrated with something at work, when you felt like you weren't doing a good job etc. Describing specific situations. They really want to know how you think both in professional and personal sense. It wasn't a hard interview, just very specific. Be sure to prepare a little bit more.

HR interviewed me first then I proceeded to the manager interview the same day. I was asked mostly about behavioral and situation answers. They’re pretty nice and they made sure I was calm and prepared and told me to take my time.
