I was contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone screening. Then I was interviewed by a staff technical support engineer. She asked me some basic questions about Javascript, CSS, algorithm problem, and debugging. After that, I was interviewed by 5 managers. They asked me questions about customer support. Two days later, I got a rejection email.

I was interviewed for two round 1. phone screen and 2. technical HR told me that your interview focused on Javascript and Troubleshooting part but during the interview they started with leetcode coding and java questions so prepare for coding questions as well as java , js, sql,networking,troubleshooting and other customer based questions
Fairly simple and straightforward. Asked questions in relation to programming languages that would be described as basic knowledge and necessary for the position. Necessary to know javascript and HTML for the interviewing process.
