I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceNow (París) in Nov 2015
Interview
I apply after viewing a jobposting.HR called me 3 weeks for a quick review if I fit to the job. 2 weeks later I was notified that i will have an interview with the hiring manager. Duration of the interview was more than three hours. I was told that my profile does'nt fit to the job I apply to but that there were some other possibilities as ServiceNow is hiring a lot. then 3 weeks later I had an other interview. This time I was told that I didn't fit to the job afetr an half an hour. If you don't come from the IT business, do not expect to be considered as a potential candidate. The hiring managers explained also that they expect people to be able to work under pressure, without counting their time. Indeed, all employees seems to be still in a meeting despite the late time (9pm).

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow
Interview
I really enjoyed this interview process. It was a bit slow due to some logistics, but otherwise I felt comfortable at all times, and I truly felt like I was also interviewing ServiceNow as a potential employer, not just the other way around.
I found a job posting online and applied. I was contacted almost immediately by the hiring manager with interest. We had a phone interview within a week, a Skype interview a couple weeks later, and then an in-person interview that included giving a product demo to a room of people.
The hiring manager thankfully didn't ask any of those typical interview questions that everyone hates (what's your greatest weakness?) - the interviews all felt more conversational and fluid, like he was getting to know me and I was getting to know the position and company.
The most "challenging" part was, naturally, the product demo, but I was pretty well prepared and felt fairly at ease.

Question 1
Absolutely nothing unexpected. The product demo was obviously the most difficult part of the interview process.
