Unprofessional Behavior of the Interview and HR I was interview in April 2020 and have completed all the 3 rounds on same day. First and second rounds are technical rounds and third round is managerial discussion with director(Hiring Manager). All the rounds were zoom interviews. After 1 week got a call from HR that I was selected for the interview and discussed about the pay and given very decent hike. He told that we will be sending you the offer in couple of days. After one week I have checked with him and then he again started saying that we are not considering your candidature as the position is on Hold. It is completely unprofession behaviour by the team who are sitting and handling the interviews and all. I am not sure why they have conducted HR interview if they are not interested in selecting a candidate.
