I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Hyderabad) in Jul 2019
Interview
Given online test. After that got call for f2f interview. Gave 3 technical f2f interviews. Recruiter called after 2 days and scheduled 1 cross GU video interview. Cleared that round as well. Then recruiter called and said that I have cleared all rounds and asked for documents to generate offer. Till this point, recruiter was professional and gave prompt replies. Once I sent documents, then haven't heard anything from him. I followed up and then he said that one of the manager want to take one more f2f round. I requested to schedule video call but he said that manager want to have f2f, and then on the same day he will discuss about salary. I gave f2f and called him. He said that he is in a meeting.
How can a professional hr or recruiter can say this. I have invested 4 hrs to go there and give interview, but he did not had time to meet for 2 min.
He said that he will call me after the meeting to discuss further steps, but haven't heard anything from him till now.
Just a suggestion to servicenow. Please train your recruiters to share feedback and clear picture with candidate. Such recruiter create negative impact on brand of company.
