Sephora Project Manager interview questions

Sign in and made a profile on their portal, Saw a few opportunities and applied. Never made it to the interview. Was contacted via email that they picked another candidate. Took about a week for them to reply back via email.

From application to being ghosted the whole process took 4 months with 4 separate interviews from recruiter to VP. VP mentioned I would hear back and TA will definitely update me but after 3 follow ups I had no reply or update on the job. I went from having a great impression of Sephora Canada to a terrible one from this experience. There is definitely no respect for the candidates and their time.
