Sephora Operations Consultant interview questions

got a call around 6/7 pm after applying a few days before from one of the beauty consultants. im thinking im interviewing with the operations manager when that was not the case. it was with the store director who honestly looks like he was the security guard because as soon as you walk in hes right there by the door ! anyway the interview was ok i thought but it went left once he asked was i willing to leave my other job and i replied no ill do both ( being that this was a seasonal position ) he asked where do you see yourself in a few years i guess he wanted me to say like manager stock lead you know just something within in the company and i didnt because its a SEASONAL position one that wants me to get there at 5 am for a 5 hour shift ?! are you serious and only for 9-9.50! no thats quite alright , if your going for a part/full time go for it i guess but seasonal ? dont.

I applied for the position in late May and received an interview invitation in September. First I had a group interview with two other girls (we were all interviewing for three different positions). Next I had a 1:1 interview with the lead of my department. Finally I met with the DIC (store director). I was offered the position a few days later.
