Sephora Manager interview questions

Bad interviews and unprofessional recruiter! I have been reached out by the same Sephora recruiter a couple times in 2 years. She was very nice in her first email, asking if I would be interested in the job opening and set up a time to chat. I mean, why not? I set up the call within the same week she reached out to me. Since then, the SAME nightmare begun. She never called at the scheduled time. I emailed her and asked if she would like to reschedule. Then, she called me right away (She forgot about the interviews, all these times?). I was being asked some general questions and she had no feedback/ interaction at all. It was just a long dead silent between each question. She was so quiet and I didn't even know if she was listening/ paying attention. She hung up super fast after she told me the "next steps". All interviews were scheduled in the afternoon, I guess she needs to leave work on time? She ghosted on me afterwards regardless of my follow up. I mean be respectful, especially you are the one reaching out to a candidate first and offering an interview. She made me feel like I am the one always on her list to help her making up the candidate quotas. Ridiculous. I mean thanks but no thanks, take me off from your list, and don't ever reach out to me again.
