Sephora interview questions

I applied in person with a cover letter and comprehensive resume'. I was contacted by phone two weeks. I was not told this was a formal interview. The store manager identified herself then launched into a series of questions about my experiences.

after you give in your application they call you in the next few weeks to set up an interview. the interview can be one on one or in a group interview.
