Sephora interview questions

I was interviewing with 4 other girl. The interview took about an hour. Manager would ask few questions about why Sephora? and about your previous retail experience and what would you bring to their company? She said that she will give us a call next week for second interview which would be personal but I never got call for second interview. I just think that all girls which i was interviewing with were very good with answering questions and some of them had already years of retail experience.

Got a phone call a few days after dropping off my cover letter, resume, and application to the store I wanted to work at. When I dropped off the application I was asked a few questions by a manager on the spot. Then had a group interview with the hiring manager, then the store manager, then had to do a demo. They asked the same questions but some of it was like a trick question. They do it to see if the candidates have the personality to fit into the culture of the store. I had to go back once a week for the next interview, took about a month before I was officially hired.
