Sephora interview questions

This was for a new Sephora opening inside of a local JCPenney's. I applied online and got a call from the Beauty Leader a few days later. Was asked standard interview questions, then was asked to come back in person for a group interview. Was told there would be a total of 4-5 other girls and would be very informal. I came, arrived 15 minutes late. One other candidate arrived right at the start time, no one else came. We did the colored blocks task (see other reviews) and was asked the "tell us about you" question. I was friendly, approachable, and talked about my knowledge of Sephora & its various lines.

Dropped off my application and scheduled an interview. It lasted over 45 minutes, with a lot of questions being read off of a list, as well as some pretty invasive questions about my personal life. She also spent a lot of time telling me why I wasn't a good fit for the job and reasons why she didn't want to hire me.
