Sephora interview questions

I applied online took a couple weeks to get a call back for the group interview. The group interview feels more like you applied for jcpenney's rather than Sephora they have you work in a group in the lower level of Jcpenney then use these blocks to build one of the images they show you one person goes up at a time, and has 30 seconds to look at the image. After looking at the image the person must direct their group what to build but can not help with the blocks only speaks. After this we had to go to the Jcpenney floor and try to sell items to the manager of sephora, manager of jc penney, and a worker from sephora but none of these items were makeup only jc penney apparel. There is no emphasis on makeup when interviewing for a sephora inside jcpenney.

Applied Online, got an email within the week for preliminary interview screening with the Assistant Manager and Education Lead (another manager). After the screening it took about three days for the store Manager to contact for a one-to-one interview. Took about 30 minutes and got an offer on the spot.
