Interview
We waited near the cashier which appeared their go to place for interviewees because many staff members walked by and said "good luck!"
The group interview was really just myself and one other person who was applying for a completely different position. The HR manager asked us to describe ourselves, an adjective that described us and why we wished to work for Sephora. The experience was fun and friendly.

Interview
It was super laid back and only took less than an hour. They were very nice and the atmosphere was not intimidating at all. I would definitely say wear something that makes you stick out because literally all of the girls I was with wore black so I would just be your self and shake off the nerves.

All you have to do is pretend your a cheerleader and love everything. They want to know that the customer is always right, that youd do ANYTHING to make the customer happy, that you can work as part of a team, that you get things like shrink, loyalty, customer service, and that you haven't had too many jobs they also said they don't hire college students which I thought was very unfair
