Sephora interview questions

I applied online & was called by a supervisor. He asked me a few questions & then invited me a group interview with about 3 other applicants. At the group interview,two of the supervisors took us out to the commons area of the mall & we sat on couches- it was pretty casual. They explained to us a little about the seasonal position & then we went around the circle answering questions. A few days after the group interview I was called in for an interview with the store director. She was very nice & easy to talk to. After my second interview I was called & offered the position.

This was for a Sephora inside JC Penney, so the interview process was possibly a tad different. This was for a seasonal position, so myself and three other girls were told to grab some of our favorite beauty products from the floor and take them to the interviewing room with us. We were met with the manager of Sephora, and the hiring manager for JC Penney. The Sephora manager was completely unbiased, but the JC Penney manager was biased towards race. We were asked to sell the JC Penney manager a Sephora product for his wife, and then we worked on team-building games.
