Sephora interview questions

I went in to buy some translucent powder and I just asked if they were hiring and she said yes. So I applied that night and called in the morning. And the manager Phyllis set up an interview the following week. It was 3 of us in the room and we were asked the same questions. It lasted about 30 minutes and that was it. I called for a follow up 4 days later and they still were processing. Then I got a call 3 days after I called to accept an offer!
