I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sephora (Edmonton, AB)
Interview
I was called for the interview by a manager. This was a group interview in a pretty tiny room. The interview took longer than anticipated. The interview questions were pretty simple. I applied as a cashier and got hired as a skin care consultant. The only person that was not hired was the person who was not available full time and immediately.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sephora (New York, NY) in Feb 2012
Interview
I had an interview 2 times at corporate. The first time i didnt get a call back. I kept trying for a year and got another opportunity to interview again and the first 2 interviews were group interviews. Right after the second interview i met with mangement from the location i was interested in working. They asked for me to do a full face on stage with my model and was told later that I was the only 1 at that time asked to do makeup application for a interview. That was in 2009.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (Las Vegas, NV) in Mar 2016
Interview
I have never experienced a more ridiculous hiring process. I applied online and got an email inviting me to a group interview. There were upwards of 10 other people at the group interview and the interviewers asked questions in an unorganized way. Just threw a question out there and looked while nearly everyone was talking over each other. I got invited (via email again) to a one-on-one interview. I thought it went better than the first, though the questions were literally nothing but about my current job and nothing about why I chose Sephora. I was told I'd be asked to come in for a third interview (wtf). Instead, I heard nothing back and had to go on the careers website to see I didn't get the job.
