Sephora interview questions

It was a group interview and some of the questions were asked aloud to whoever wanted to answer and other questions were asked if each person. The DIC was conducting the interview and it took about ten minutes total

The interview process was very conversational. They ask one question and then roll into another based off of your answer. You did not feel put on the spot and expected to carry the entire interview conversation. For those who had to do the group interview they have a set list of questions they go off of and a couple people that they go down the line to give their answers to the questions. They may add a question of their own to wrap up the interview.
