Sephora interview questions

I've been applying online at sephora for about two months now. About a month into applying I got an email about a job fair and obviously jumped on the opportunity to go! The process was very quick and simple, I first had to fill out an application saying what locations I wanted to work at what position i wanted etc. I then moved on to a one on one portion and after that put through to one of the location store directors. I didn't hear anything after the job fair.

I got a phone call after she reviewed my online application & then was asked to come in for a 1-on-1 interview. The phone call was 5 minutes asking why I wanted to work at Sephora and what I could bring to the table. The in person interview lasted about 20 minutes talking about my schedule, when I could work, training requirements, and more questions.
