Sephora interview questions

It was a three step process. (1) Phone, (2) Group, (3) Individual. I applied online and received a phone call a week later asking if I was interested in coming in. I came in with a group of candidates and we were all asked several questions not too far from the location. After you pass the group, you meet with the store manager and they'll ask you some questions.

Got a phone interview 2+ days after I applied online. Phone interview was about 15 mins long asking simple questions like availability, the reason you quit your first job, why sephora etc. And then they called me the 2nd time to arrange for a group interview, which was chill and makes me feel comfortable. There were 2 other girls interviewing with me and we all take turns to answer the questions. The whole process took about 30 mins and it feels more like a conversation than an interview.
