The last interview was one-on-one
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sephora (New York, NY)
Interview
Interviews with a group of candidates. They ask you several questions and you have to answer them with the idea of client service being top priority. They want to know that you are skilled in costumer service and provide a shopping experience to the clients.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Sephora (Lynnwood, WA) in May 2016
Interview
Applied online for the Sephora in J. C. Penny
I got a call to set a date for an interview which I missed but they left a voicemail. I couldn't get a hold of the manager who called so went in person which then she set up the time and date.
It was a group interview of 3 candidates with the manager but only one of them showed up
Got asked many non work questions and a series of serious work related questions, was very comfortable and the environment was outgoing/friendly.
It did take awhile to get a call back from them since the interview was for available positions in the future and didn't get the job but got offered a position for working at jcpenny
Experience of the interview was fun but disappointing
