Sephora interview questions

I was called into an initial group interview of about 10-12 applicants. One of the store Lead Managers, Assistant Managers, and a color consultant was in attendance. Mostly the two managers asked questions. Everyone was very bubbly and tried to get everyone to break the ice before they started the questions.

About 3-4 interviews with separate managers ie: Store manager, district trainer, district manager. If you are a current employee you will have to prepare your previous reviews and present them in the interview. Talk about your goals and your opportunities and how you plan to overcome/ reach them those goals.
