Sephora interview questions

They called me 2 weeks after I submitted an application online. We set up a time. My interview was 20 minutes with the store director and operations manager for Cashier position. I was with one other girl because we could not make it for the group interview. It was for a seasonal position so it was much more laid back. We were asked a couple questions. I made sure I took the lead but also tried to include the other girl in the questions to show that I am inclusive and a leader. Went home and they called me 2 days later to offer me a full-time colour position instead of cashier.
