Interview
I applied online and was sent an e-mail with an invitation to a job fair that would hold on-the-spot interviews. I show up and there are about 10 other people standing in the hallway looking confused. They said they were way behind on interviews and to just wait. 30 minutes later, they announce that they will be breaking us up into groups and performing group interviews instead.
I was in a group with 6 others and we were asked different questions by 3 different managers. Totally disorganized and you could tell they had no intention of hiring any of us, just tried to get through the interviews.

Interview
I applied online and received an email request for phone screening. We set the date and they conducted a 30 minute screening call. During the call they asked a number of questions regarding current job role, expected salary range, skills and details regarding the contract position available.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sephora (Richmond, BC) in Jul 2017
Interview
After receiving the first call for a few simple questions, I proceeded to the interview at the store. They were hiring the whole day and so we could choose 4 slots in the afternoon. The second interview is a group interview and is 1 hr long where they ask you about questions about your job experience and why you would be a great candidate. The group interview goes around each having to answer it making all candidates super anxious. The interesting thing is 3 of the candidates did not go to the next round of interview but me and this other girl who did poorly got the job and passed in a different but bigger store.
