Sephora interview questions

I brought my resume to the hiring manager one afternoon. Later that evening I received a call regarding my availability, current employment, and when I could start. Very quick, took much less time than I expected. It is my impression that this is not the norm for the company.

The interview was very easy. The guy was very nice. It was a group interview, done in the mall food court. Lasted about 30 mintues. Wasn't offered the job because they needed full time workers and I would only be seasonal.
