Sephora interview questions

Was referred and contacted immediately for a screening. Was asked to move on and progress in the process and I agreed. Excited, I waited and waited. Nothing came to fruition. For me, their lack of follow through is an example of their culture. Culture is extremely important to me. This was the 4th time Sephora had contacted me to interview with them.

Mass panel interview with long wait times. Interviews were quick and went over general questions like tell me about yourself et cetera. Everyone put on full faces of makeup so it was hard to stand out even with professional makeup on.
