I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sephora
Interview
It was good but my experience is they prefer to hire internally, happened to me twice. I wish they wouldn't post open roles when they already have someone developed and selected for the position.
Really easy and straightforward. They are mostly looking for high-energy people, you dont need to have a lot of experience but you do have to show excitmenet and readiness to learn
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sephora (Baton Rouge, LA) in Apr 2023
Interview
Process was pretty fast. I had one phone interview and one in person interview and was offered a position on the spot. I was asked pretty typical questions you'd normally get. If you're passionate about beauty, I'd say it's fairly easy to get this position.
