Applied online. Got an interview 2 weeks later. Interviewed on a Friday. We were supposed to hear something after they called our references which was today, but neither of my references were called. Hopefully tomorrow I will hear something. The interview wa extremely easy. I took charge during the interview and the others basically went off of my answers & showed no originality but the interviewer seemed more drawn to them.
Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

Interview
10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
