I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Sephora (Costa Mesa, CA)
Interview
I walked in to physically turn in my resume and cover letter to the manager.
That same week I got called into for a group interview.
We were all asked the same questions and were asked to find a product that we could try to demonstrate to a client. (Never say customer) Essentially they want to see how you can present a product and how believable you are.
I was also given a call for a phone interview.

I was first contacted over the phone for a quick phone screen. During the phone call, I was asked about my previous job experiences, responsibilities, and why I left my previous job. I was also asked about why I chose Sephora. They then asked me to come in for an interview. When I came in for the in-person interview, I sat and spoke with the manager who asked me typical interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sephora in Sep 2019

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sephora (Denver, CO) in Aug 2019
Interview
Easy interview process, though I’d recommend going in to speak with the manager first (which is generally good practice for all retail jobs). You’ll have a phone interview & and in-person interview & then you’ll find out if you’ve gotten the job. Good luck!
