Its a 4 step interview process, make sure your referrals answer the phone and say good things. The first interview will be over the phone. The second interview will be in person with one of the store leads, than one more time with the store director. than they call your referrals.

What to do when the phone ringing and you have a client infant of you?
Interview process was very straightforward with follow up calls and scheduling happening very consistently and within a couple of weeks. The questions felt client - oriented and applicable to the role.
I was given a single interview with very basic questions. I have seen the store give group interviews so be prepared for that. So long as you sound confident, show passion, and practice giving answers to basic questions and prepare to give examples in situations related to customer service, you're doing better than most.

It was a group interview and it had like 8 people. We went around in circles. The person interviewing was sweet. It did not have anything to do with makeup but a lot to do with customer service
