Friendly, lots of question and hypothetical situations in regards to customer service. Makeup portfolio was appreciated. Focus is on product knowledge and friendliness. Asked about retail background, what trainings I would be interested in. Also how hard I am willing to work to move up into a management position. Also my timeline I expect to management.

Very easy process, it was a quick one on one interview. I got hired on the day of the interview. Asked questions about availability, previous experience, and situational questions. Why I want to work at Sephora, what do i know about the company etc. The manager made me feel very comfortable. Overall it was a great experience, and i'd definitely recommend applying at sephora!
