Sephora Executive Assistant interview questions

I landed an interview with Sephora via a staffing agency for an executive assistant position. From the get-go, it was almost as if they wanted to talk me out of the job. They told me all the negative aspects of the position and the people I would be working with, which was definitely a turn-off for me. I didn't spend a ton of time in the office, but I got a "Devil Wears Prada" sense from the atmosphere and would definitely have felt pressure to look fashionable every day at work. I never heard back from them following the interview.
