Sephora Color interview questions

I attended a job fair for a new store opening. The job fair consisted of filling out an application and providing them with a resume. They asked me to come back in the morning. I then did a 1 on 1 interview with the Store Director and did a makeup demo and just chatted with other cast members. About 2-3 weeks later I met with the Store Director again and discussed the training process.
