the interview process takes forever, but it seems like it is completely worth it in the long run. you have your phone interview, then a demo (where you bring a model into the store and do their makeup as if they were a client), and then another interview with the store director after that.

My interview experience 2 years ago was amazing. Group interview of about 5 people, simple questions, had a fun little ice breaker section. Got a call that week that I was hired. There were 2 managers at the interview. Very nice ladies. They were friendly and responsive.
