Security Industry Specialists interview questions

Got a phone call from site manager. Call comes from an 800 number. Interviewed by a panel of three security managers. Asked basic interview and situational questions. Interview lasts 45-90 minutes. They'll ask what the chain of command means to you. Easy stuff

First you apply on their website or where ever there is a job posting. If you are chosen you will be interviewed by an HR representative most likely the one who called you. Finally you'll be interviewed by a Watch Commander.
