I went in to talk to a senior executive. She talked to me for a few minutes about why I wanted to work for them and my school and experience. Then she asked me to fill out some paperwork (traditional job paperwork) and that was it. I attended an orientation a few weeks later. I was never brought on for full time because the rest of the company didn't know I existed because the woman who interviewed me left the company the next week. I eventually trained at a couple locations and worked as a fill in officer until the results of my security clearance background investigation went through.
