You get called in for the interview - they make you feel comfortable at first but it felt like an act as part of their way of judging if you'd be a good fit for the position. Then after waiting for a while you get a letter in the mail, notifying you that you have not been chosen for the position

Quick phone interview. Basic questions. Seeing why you want to work in security. Why you would be a good fit. Recruiter is quite professional as is Human Resources Manager. All in all an easy no fuss no muss experience.

It was a fast interview process and if you meet the basic qualifications you will be offered the position and scheduled for a week long orientation. Great place to work.
