I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Secureworks (Providence, RI) in Sep 2012
Interview
After my initial resume submission, I was contacted by a recruiter a month later. I was offered an interview, which I accepted. The interview itself was pretty painless as I feel somewhat overqualified for the position. I then had my drug screen for the background check. After this passed, I was told that I would be going to HQ for training. I was told it would only be two days, but at the last minute was told it was a week long. I respectfully advised that this would not be doable, and I was accommodated.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Secureworks (Bucarest, ) in Feb 2022
Interview
The recruter contact me over LinkIn and we've spoke about the position and some few basic questions in order to see if you are qualified . After that an interview with 2 team leaders with more deep in question mostly about networking and ciber security (firewalls/ how do they work and different types). After you pass your first interview , you get another one with the manager and the team leader of the project you will be assigned to where you mostly talk about yourself and also a new round of questions (keep in mind that some questions may be the same as the first interview (so if you did not know a question at the first one you may have a chance at the secound interview). The interview is easy in my oppinion ( for me it was a a bit harder as i was not working in the field ).
