You come into the office and speak with the receptionist who hands you a first round interview form to fill out that lets the hiring manager know a little bit more about you and is also like a mini resume. You then wait to be called because there are other candidates (which is intimidating). Once called, you go in to speak with the hiring manager.

They did not ask any question that was unexpected. They asked questions like tell us about yourself that we cannot read from your resume. They asked, how would you handle specific situations. They really asked questions that got at the type of person you are and how you would fit within their company.

They called and scheduled an interview. I went to the interview and did not wait long before I was taken back into the conference room. There were three people interviewing me. All seemed very nice and were pretty direct and clear with the questions.
