Interview
Simple interview consisting of 5 small logical /mathematical tasks followed by 5 simple algorithmic programming tasks. They are interested in seeing how you think rather than how you implement solution which is why everything is done on paper, followed with discussion.

The simplest out of 5 was to write a function to determine if the word is palindrome, can't really remember more since it was quite a long ago.
The first stage was mostly behavioral questions, around 4 questions each with 2 attempts for recording your answer. The next stage I think was an online assessment with two questions

First round was a virtual hireview interview, with a range of questions about what you saw in the company, how you are as a person, and how you feel you would tackle challenging problems.
