I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Singapur) in Oct 2013
Interview
It was a panel interview with the hiring manager, team lead and the HR manager. The questions asked were on my previous experience in university and activities outside school. This is mainly due to the reason that I'm a fresher. They were personable and all they wanted to see was the 'real' me. Aptitude and attitude are the most important qualities for this role.

Question 1
They will ask what types of jobs you've applied for and compare these few jobs to the project engineer role. They expect you to be able to compare and come up with some logical answers that show them the project engineer role is not the last on your list.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Houston, TX) in Oct 2025
Interview
First interview was with a recruiter, Brian S.
Very courteous and he gives positive vibes. He asks about experiences and expectations. Then in about a week, I got a second interview with the hiring and responsible managers for this particular position.
Also, was interviewed more in depth and thorough questions.
Now, few days later, I am invited for a third interview in person at a location to meet the team, and hopefully will get an offer.
