Initially an Aptitude Test followed with an Interview Process . It is very easy & if we are able to learn the concepts in MBA we can easily answer all the questions. Basic concepts are been asked.

I was sent an email by the recruiter to complete a video interview. You had a limited window of time to complete the video interview. The video interview was timed and you had to answer a series of questions. They gave you practice questions at the beginning so you could get used to the format. If you made it beyond the video interview, they would invite you for a face to face interview.

Interview
I submitted an application online. After several weeks I finally contacted by email to participate in a HireView interview. I completed and submitted the video interview. It was then almost another month after before I received a "no thanks" from them.

It was very brief and on point. It was a phone interview which lasted for 25min. With normal questions on previous experience, about yourself and few behavioral questions.
