It was very thorough and comprehensive with panel interviews with some members of the finance team and a final one with the ceo. there is also a technical assessment to see how good you are in excel modeling and data visualization.

The selection process includes individual interviews, role playing, group elevator model construction, presentation, and Q&A, assessing candidates' skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, creativity, and technical abilities. It took around 2 hour in total.
