Schindler interview questions

Initially it was good. First round of interview was arranged 21st may 2024, cleared it, Second round was on 28th may 2024 that to went well and the person with all do respect the interviewing sir said u r ready to join immediately i said yes and while exiting he said HR will let you know when you should join. I was happy to the core finally i have cracked it Schindler India i do my best in my career now. Then on june 5th 2024 i sent my all educational documents and everything to the HR who was situated in Pune branch and just waited and also i used to have a connect on WhatsApp to know the updates. And on day on 27th june he said he will try to release the offer letter today or by tomorrow i was again happy finally because after engineering it was my first core job waiting for more then 7 months. Here the things started to take turn afer some days like 8 9 days i didn't received any offer nor updated the HR used to say it is in approval stage approval stage i was like ok ok lets wait and one fine day i happen to call HR to ask about the update he started to say i dont know how many days it will take a friendly advice start looking for another job and so on i was like what just happened from releasing the offer letter to find other opportunities. I was like traumatized i didn't knew what to do. Like just 2 days after this I'm seeing people joining for the same role and the HR's liking and congratulating them. Now i just want to know what has happened in this whole scene who is responsible for the traumatic recruitment process. If anyone reading this from Schindler India or Schindler don't do this with other's that you have done with me some people cant take this they may loose their confidence and everything This was my interview experience with the elevator typhoons Schindler
