I applied online in September 2025. Got the call from HR to come down for a F2F interview on extremely short notice. Interview follow was as follows: I was given the annual report for SATS for 2025 and told to analyse the trends and achievements of the department I was interviewing for, as well as provide my own perspective on future outlook for that particular department. I had 30 minutes to prepare a PowerPoint and give a presentation. After, there was a panel discussion with the HR Director and Hiring Manager. Total process took around 90 minutes. Afterwards, the same HR director guided me to the lift and said that because I was one of the first candidates they spoke with, they had to keep me on freeze and promised to let me know if I’ve been rejected or not. Fine. Over 1 month passes and HR messaged me on WhatsApp asking if I was still available, as the hiring manager was apparently still interested in me. I said I was, then they ghosted me for another month Mid November they called me early in the morning and said they wanted to offer me and I had to submit my past payslips as well as upload a cert of my highest level of education. I waited two weeks and followed up constantly before the HR director that I interviewed with called me up and said they actually filled the position I was applying for already but they wanted to offer me for another position that was lower and that just opened up in the team. At this point, red flags were sounding but I just insisted I wanted to see the offer first. They told me they wanted to offer senior exec and lower pay because they didn’t feel that my work experience justified the title and salary. Like excuse me, you already interviewed me and already had my resume, why are you wasting my time like this? I finally managed to upload my documents after the HR Director pressed the right button that would send an auto mail to my inbox. Then they ghosted me again for 3 weeks and after constant follow ups they said they can’t offer me the AM title I wanted (which is my current title) and wish me all the best. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
